Terms & Conditions

1. Work Order

  • Clients are requested to carefully verify the scope of work, material specifications, measurements, rates, colours, designs, models, and sizes of all items mentioned in the quotation.
  • For items sourced independently by the client, not included in the quotation, please share exact model numbers, dimensions, and installation requirements with our design team to ensure seamless integration with the final design.

2. 3D Designs

  • The 3D visualizations provided are for conceptual understanding only and do not represent the actual product or finish. Final delivery will be based solely on the items listed in the approved quotation.

3. Copyright

  • All 2D and 3D designs, drawings, and visuals shared with the client remain the exclusive intellectual property of Livwood Interiors. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction without written consent may result in legal action.

4. Price Validity

  • All prices quoted are valid for a limited period and may change based on market fluctuations, design alterations, or material availability.

5. Payment Schedule

  • Token Advance (10%) – To initiate the design process and site measurements.
  • Payment 1 (10%) – After finalizing the 2D drawing and color/material selection.
  • Payment 2 (40%) – After finalizing the 3D render/production drawing. Upon receiving this payment, items will be sent for production.
  • Payment 3 (Balance 30%) – Payable prior to dispatch of the materials.
  • Final Payment (₹20,000) – To be paid after completion of the project.

6. Payment Terms & Charges

  • Work will commence only after receipt of initial payment.
  • All payments must follow the agreed schedule.
  • Credit card transaction fees, if any, will be borne by the client.

7. Scope of Services

  • Livwood specializes in luxury interiors, including wardrobes, cabinetry, kitchens, and custom-made furniture. The detailed scope is outlined in the shared project proposal.

8. Business Process & Communication

  • Our standard workflow includes consultations, approvals, material selection, fabrication, and installation.
  • Progress updates will be shared daily or weekly via WhatsApp or email.
  • For queries or concerns, clients may contact our Operations Manager or Director directly.

9. Additional Work

  • Any work outside the signed agreement will be treated as extra and charged separately.
  • Approval and advance payment will be required before executing additional work.

10. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines are shared at project initiation and depend on design complexity and material availability.
  • Timelines may vary based on external factors beyond Livwood's control.

11. Unexpected Delays

  • We aim for timely completion, but delays due to natural calamities, policy changes, or third-party disruptions are beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

  • No cancellations or major changes will be allowed after the work order is signed.
  • If cancellation is requested before production, initial advances will be non-refundable.
  • If any selected model is discontinued, an alternative will be suggested.

13. Warranty

Livwood Warranty:

  • 10-Year Warranty for carcass/cabinets under standard use.
  • 5-Year Warranty for designer shutters.

Branded Fittings Warranty:

  • Hardware from brands like Hettich, Hafele, and Blum are covered under their manufacturer warranties (typically 5 years for functionality).
  • Furniture frames: 5 years | Upholstery: 1 year.

14. Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
  • Replacement/repair is limited to the defective component.
  • Improper usage or third-party tampering voids warranty.
  • Warranty will be honored only if all dues are cleared.

15. Grievance Resolution

  • Clients may contact our support team for any service or product concerns.
  • We are committed to addressing complaints in a timely, professional manner.

16. Post-Installation Service

  • Two free service visits are offered within 12 months from handover (based on official email request to: sales@livwood.in).
  • Additional visits or services may be charged.

17. Brand Partners

  • We partner with Hettich, Hafele, Blum, Asian Paints, KAFF, and other trusted suppliers to ensure superior quality and performance.

18. Site Readiness

Before installation begins, please ensure the following:

  • Final flooring and base coat painting are complete.
  • Main doors and windows are fixed.
  • Electricity, water, and a service lift (if applicable) are available during installation.

19. Final Cleaning

  • Post-completion, Livwood will conduct general cleaning and debris disposal.
  • If deep cleaning is not included in our scope, we recommend professional cleaning before move-in.

20. Project Handover & Final Inspection

  • A final walkthrough and inspection will be conducted with our Project Manager during handover.
  • Livwood is not responsible for damages occurring post-handover due to misuse or negligence.
  • We suggest applying a fresh coat of paint after project completion unless otherwise included in our scope.

Care & Maintenance Instructions

Laminates, Veneer & Wooden Surfaces:

  • Clean using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct water, harsh cleaners, or thinners.

Appliances & Accessories:

  • Use a soft dry cloth. Avoid moisture or chemical agents.

Important Precautions:

  • Cover handles and metal fittings during floor acid wash.
  • Avoid long-term exposure to water or dampness.
  • Open up locked homes every 2–3 weeks to prevent fungal growth.
  • Perform regular pest control—especially in areas with termite-prone construction.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Water damage to shutters, cabinets, and panels.
  • Glass, mirrors, granite, wallpaper, wall art, curtains, clocks, or decor items.
  • Damages due to fire, water, overloading, pest activity, rough handling, or neglect.
  • Rust or wear due to coastal humidity, prolonged room closure, or acid wash.
